I’m a Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified in Plant-based Nutrition, and a Nutritional herbalist who’s helped hundreds of clients learn to love food, enjoy exercise  learn love themselves, and life  again.

Ditch dieting and learn the principles of mindful eating to conquer disordered eating patterns and find joy in your relationship with food.  Our goal is to help you change the way you perceive food and fitness, and to develop a positive body image. If you struggle with an unhealthy relationship with food, diet-binge cycle, and restrictive dieting you should  know that we believe clients can overcome these patterns and develop a healthy relationship with food.

My mindful Pilates fitness program is designed to transform your body through purposeful movement, building strength and flexibility.  Mindful Pilates is a mat based fitness program that has been consciously designed to provide incredible results in mind and body.  The  program has been purposefully sequenced into a 28 day program in order to provide incredible results from the inside out. During the 28 day transformative program you will follow the schedule of routines that provide everything you need from heart healthy cardio Pilates to  strength building Pilates classes. A total body program designed to boost your metabolism, increase fat loss, sculpt and lean out every muscle in your body. 

You will learn the principles of mindful movement that result in a lean sculpted body in a mindful and self-honoring way.
